I’m Nina Brandin, a Boulder Realtor® with eXp Realty. I help buyers and sellers move with clarity and calm through smart pricing, clear communication, and grounded advocacy. My work blends data-driven strategy with a creative eye so your home decisions feel confident and easeful.
Before real estate, I ran a successful creative business that honed my eye for detail and my ability to listen deeply. Those same instincts guide my work as a Realtor® — I notice what makes a home feel right, and I’m attuned to the subtle needs of my clients.
Since becoming a Realtor®, I’ve guided clients through first-time purchases, relocations, downsizing, and investment sales, always advocating fiercely on their behalf. My background in art and design helps me see both the emotional and aesthetic sides of every home — not just how it looks, but how it lives.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring Boulder’s trails, attending local art shows, snowboarding in the mountains, hosting community events, and dancing at Red Rocks. I love helping people connect — not just to homes, but to the lifestyle and community that make Boulder special. Serving Boulder County and Front Range communities including Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Longmont, Erie, Broomfield, and Niwot.
